1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sissy Administrator Discord bot and any related web dashboard or services (collectively, the “Service”). By inviting or using Sissy Administrator in your Discord server, or by interacting with the bot in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The Service is intended for adults only. By using the Service you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher).
• Your use of the Service is allowed under the laws of your country and local regulations.
• You are not prohibited from using Discord under the Discord Terms of Service.

3. Relationship with Discord

Sissy Administrator is an independent, third-party application and is not endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Discord Inc. Your use of the Service is in addition to, and does not replace, your obligations under the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines .

4. Description of the Service

Sissy Administrator provides moderation, onboarding, role management, activity tracking, and other community tools for Discord servers. Features may include, but are not limited to:

• Rules and onboarding panels.
• Automatic role assignment and questionnaires.
• Automoderation (word filters, link filters, timeouts, logging).
• Activity tracking and leaderboard features.
• Web dashboard for configuring server-specific settings.

Features can change or be removed at any time without prior notice.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree that you will:

• Use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• Ensure that your Discord server and its content comply with Discord’s rules.
• Configure moderation and automod settings responsibly.
• Provide clear rules and expectations to your server members.
• Not use the Service to harass, abuse, discriminate against, or exploit any person or group.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities of any kind.
• Distribute or promote content that is hateful, sexually exploitative, extremely violent, or otherwise violates Discord’s policies.
• Spam, phish, scam, or otherwise defraud other users.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the Service’s source code.

7. Data & Privacy

The Service may process limited data about your Discord server and members in order to function, such as:

• Server ID, channel IDs, role IDs, and basic configuration data.
• Discord user IDs and usernames for logging and statistics.
• Message content or metadata only when needed for moderation or activity features.

Data is used solely to provide bot functionality, logging, and statistics to server administrators. Data is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or to comply with legal requests.

8. Availability & Changes to the Service

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. There is no guarantee of:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Retention of logs or data for any particular period.
• Permanent availability of any specific feature.

Features may be updated, changed, suspended, or removed at any time, including for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

9. Termination & Removal

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server. The owner of Sissy Administrator may, at their discretion, remove the bot from any server or block access to the Service if:

• These Terms are violated,
• The server violates Discord’s Terms or policies, or
• Abuse, harassment, or misuse of the Service is detected.

10. Intellectual Property

The Sissy Administrator name, logo, and all associated code, artwork, and content are owned by the bot creator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or any part of it without explicit written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner of Sissy Administrator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
